Same as shootyoudown. As a drummer, I can tell that Starkey is better technically. But Alan just had that thing. It's nothing impressive, but his style of drumming fits so well with Oasis. Yeah, I know what you mean. Alan and Steve were the drummers for two of the best bands during the Brit-Pop era! Steve for Paul Weller and Alan for Oasis!
